Well-located, making it convenient for exploring the area. A neat ambiance that feels homey.
The room lacked bedside lights, making it a chore to turn off the switch at night. A stool or shelf next to the bed would have been useful for essentials like cups or phones. The pillows were stiff, and the bathroom had no overhead light for grooming. some dampness was present in the towels.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Ladywood House Bed And Breakfast. The host, Tom, was exceptionally welcoming and went out of his way to ensure we were comfortable. I loved the breakfast, particularly the delicious cooked options.

Family with children, great value
We had a lovely time at this place. The owner was super friendly and recommended us some great local spots to eat, one pub was just a 10-minute walk away, really nice place, we had good food there.
Wasn't really budget-friendly but still fair for what we got.

Being just a 10-minute walk from the local attractions makes it a solid base for exploring the area without straying too far from the comforts of home. The garden is perfect for unwinding after a day's adventures.
The bathrooms are on the smaller side, and there's a definite lack of storage options for toiletries, which can be a hassle. Along with a steep driveway that could pose accessibility issues for some, the outdoor maintenance could also use a bit more attention to enhance first impressions.

The Double Room was a good size, and the bed was super comfy for a nice night's sleep. I really appreciated the lovely view over the valley from the room. It's an older property, so it has a lot of character, but that also means it's not super modern. The clean common areas and the quirky decor added to the charm of the stay. a nice blend of comfort and character!

Perfect getaway spot!
Absolutely loved our stay! Tom really made us feel at home and gave us great tips for local eateries. The room was cozy and had everything we needed. Only bummer was that the Wi-Fi could've been stronger. Breakfast was fab too! Oh, and they offer packed lunches for day trips – super convenient.
